About Us

Founder and Director Kyri Mingay is a qualified Systemic Therapist with a BSc Honours in Psychology and Postgraduate Training at the esteemed Tavistock Centre in London.

She has over 15 years experience working in Education and Children's Social Care, and more recently also in the Charity sector. Having worked as a Designated Safeguarding Lead in Primary and Secondary Schools, her extensive knowledge in Safeguarding and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) provides her with the understanding of the issues and barriers schools and other organisations are facing when supporting children, young people and families. 

Due to the long waiting lists and limited services available, and the level of mental health needs continuing to rise,  she devised her therapeutic programmes to provide support in schools and other organisations for children and young people who have or are experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties, trauma and adverse childhood experiences. 

Her passion is to continue helping children and young people on their journey to positive emotional and mental health.
